We are resellers: do we have a reserved price list?

There are no different price lists because our company has a wholesale policy for anyone, without resellers or representatives, making the lowest possible sales prices for those who buy on our e-store.

I don't have a VAT number, can I still buy?

Certainly, an invoice will only be issued with the purchaser's tax code. ATTENTION: only for purchases made by users without a VAT number outside Italy, the cost of Italian VAT will be added to the purchased products.

Shop for Shop relies on the most important companies for electronic payments.

Can I buy by credit card?

Certainly, through the Pagonline imprese service of Banca Unicredit. Alternatively, you can buy with Paypal by credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account. To do so, you must choose paypal as the payment method and, once on the paypal site page, enter your credit card details in the form provided.

Where can I find the sales conditions?

To access the sales conditions, simply CLICK HERE.

Can I request a sample of the chosen product?

Yes, you can request a sample to view before proceeding with the customisation. The cost of the sample, for articles belonging to the clothing and gadget categories, is that which can be seen on the website by entering 1 as the quantity and adding € 15.00+VAT to the displayed cost (in the case of 2 or more samples the amount of € 15.00+VAT will be added once), while for all other articles the cost of the samples is € 8.00+VAT. In the event of order confirmation, these costs will be recovered in full, with the exception of articles in the CLOTHING and GADGET categories.

What is a reprint?

All articles with certain characteristics that have already been ordered for the first time and therefore incurred printing plant costs can be reprinted. This means that you will not be charged printing costs again even if you decide to change both the colour of the article and the colour of the print for personalisation. For more details see "printing equipment”.

When will I receive my goods?

After you have paid for the goods you will be contacted by our graphics staff to define the graphics for the personalisation of your articles. From the moment shop for shop receives your confirmation e-mail to proceed with the printing of the chosen articles, it usually takes 20 to 30 working days to receive the goods, barring unforeseen circumstances of various kinds.

Does the cost of each article include personalisation?

The price includes customisation on both sides on all paper and plastic bags and paper goods, but not on all other articles in the clothing and gadget category.

Will the cost of the printing system be added each time I order an article?

No, if it is an article with the same characteristics (material and format) as the one already ordered. On the other hand, the cost of the printing system will be added for the first time if the option "select the type of job" is available. For further details see printing systems.

In the past I have already purchased on www.shopforshop.it some plastic bean bags in WHITE with a BLACK print, now I want the same item in RED with a SILVER print. Do I have to pay for the printing equipment again?

No, because the colour of the article and the colour of the print do not affect the cost of the printing equipment. For more details, see printing systems.

In the past, I have already purchased paper shopping bags with a size of 26+13x41 cm from www.shopforshop.it. Now I want to purchase plastic bags with a similar size. Can I consider the order as a reprint since I have already purchased the flexo printing system in the past?

No, because the flexo press used to print paper bags is different from the one used to print plastic bags, even though this is a flexo press. For more details see printing equipment

Where can I find the colour range of the print type?

The colour of the print can be indicated in the dedicated field on the shopping bags, cake boxes and pastry boxes, in the "notes" field during the purchase phase or post-order when sending the graphic material to be printed.

I need to print graphics on a T-shirt with a print area larger than that of an A4 sheet, are there any additional costs?

Yes, to find out the cost of printing in sizes larger than A4, please contact amministrazione@shopforshop.it and specify the quantity and number of colours to be printed.

4 colours and full colour, what is the difference?

If you choose to print, for example, a bag on "4-colour" paper, it can be printed either with 4 Pantone colours defined as "spot colours", to be chosen from the Pantone chart provided or, in the case of FOUR-colour printing (photographic prints) using a combination of the four basic CMYK colours. In the latter case, send the file of the graphics to be printed to grafica@shopforshop.it.

Flexographic printing, offset printing, screen printing, etc., what are they and what is the difference between them?

FLEXOGRAPHIC printing is used for the customisation of all automatic paper and plastic bags, some models of elite paper bags and stationery, wrapping paper, adhesive labels, adhesive tapes and gift bags. In FLEXOGRAPHY, the ink is transferred onto the paper (or plastic) substrate by means of the flexographic printing equipment. This ink, being water-based, tends, due to the combination of colours, to become darker if used on a dark base with the exception of the colours "silver" and "gold". For example, if you want to flexo print a white ink on a blue base, it will tend to turn blue. HOT PRINTING is done by transferring a glossy or opaque "film" called foil onto any surface. Since it is a coloured foil, it does not change colour according to the colour of the article on which it is printed, so it is possible to print a light-coloured subject (e.g. white) on a dark background (e.g. black). SERIGRAPHIC printing is used to personalise almost all advertising items. The ink, being an enamel, is very opaque and allows printing on any medium and does not change when used on a darker background. TAMPOGRAPHIC printing is only used for the personalisation of certain advertising items. This technique allows printing on irregular surfaces, concave or convex, of various shapes but also on flat surfaces. The ink is very opaque and has the advantages of screen printing. OFFSET printing is used for the personalisation of many elite paper bags and some models in stationery, the countertop paper for wrapping. With OFFSET printing, jobs can be produced with the highest precision and without the limitations of flexographic printing. HOT printing is used for the personalisation of elite paper and plastic bags, paper goods and adhesive labels.

Plastic shopping bags can be made in either ''high density'' or ''low density'': what is the difference? And how do I communicate my choice?

High density gives the plastic item a stiffer consistency and makes the colour of the plastic opaque. Low density, on the other hand, gives the plastic a softer feel and makes it shinier. You can specify the type of plastic in the 'notes' field during the purchase process.

I choose the articles I am interested in and proceed with the payment. But what do I have to do about the graphics to personalise them?

Our website allows you to upload files in PDF or vector graphics (Corel Draw or Illustrator), but does not allow you to upload images with .jpeg extensions. Alternatively, once you have placed your order, you can send the files for the graphic designs to grafica@shopforshop.it. You will then be contacted by our graphics staff to define the graphics for your articles. There are no additional costs for the creation of graphic designs.

I chose BLACK automatic paper bags to be printed WHITE, but was advised to opt for a silver print. Why?

Paper shopping bags, as well as plastic shopping bags, are printed by FLEXOGRAPHY and since the light-coloured inks (white, blue, yellow, pink, etc.) of this type of printing, if printed on a dark background, tend to become darker, it is advisable to opt for silver or gold which do not change their structure as they have a more covering pigment base. In the case of negative prints in which the colour of the subject remains intact, flexographic printing systems will be made ''al negativo''. In that case please contact amministrazione@shopforshop.it

I would like to have a bag made in a colour that I cannot find among those proposed on this site, what can I do in this case?

The colours of the articles displayed are indicative, with a variation of 10-15% from the colour seen in person because the colour displayed on the computer monitor is in RGB and also varies according to the type or brand of monitor. Only the offset colours could be considered real if only the PANTONE code is taken into account and the PANTONE chart is available to see the colour in presence. In any case, for special needs or if you are unable to identify the desired colour, you can send a sample to: shop for shop_grafica , c.da Mendici S.P. Ragusa-Chiaramonte Gulfi km 4,660 - 97100 Ragusa and our graphic staff will identify the colour you want.

Glossy lamination'' or ''matt lamination'': what's the difference?

Glossy lamination gives the paper item a stiffer consistency and makes the colour of the item brighter. Matt lamination, like gloss lamination, gives the item more texture but makes the colour of the item dull.

What does it mean that a paper bag has a size of 26+13x33 cm?

It means that the bag has a base of 26 cm, a maximum depth (gusset) of 13 cm and a height of 33 cm.

The plastic bags are offered in kg, how do I know numerically how many there are?

By entering the values in the BASE, HEIGHT and BELLOW changes and selecting the desired quantity, a counter will appear under the shopper pattern design to indicate how many pieces are obtained for the chosen quantity.
