Flexographic Printing

Flexographic Printing is used for customizing the logo on all paper shoppers. In flexography, the ink is transferred to the paper substrate through a flexographic printing machine, also known as a cliché. Water-based ink tends to become darker when used on dark surfaces, except for "silver" and "gold" colors.

WARNING: On paper shoppers, except for CUSTOM SERIES models, the printing area is limited to both sides and is affected by the thickness created by the handles and side gussets. For 2-color prints, it is not possible to print graphic elements of different colors in contact or perfectly aligned. Therefore, we recommend contacting our company before completing the payment to assess feasibility. This limitation is not present on CUSTOM SERIES models.

Note: We only consider the color to be printed, as shown in the examples above, and not the color of the substrate (white if printing on white paper, colored if printing on an already colored substrate). To achieve a well-defined print, the print color must be darker than the substrate. For example, it is not recommended to print yellow on a blue substrate, as the yellow would darken when combined with blue, resulting in less visibility. For dark substrates (black, blue, burgundy, etc.), we recommend using "gold" or "silver" colors for a more defined print, thanks to their opaque pigments.

Hot Printing

Hot printing is done by transferring a shiny or matte film called foil onto any surface. Being a colored film, it does not change color based on the item it is printed on. Therefore, it is possible to print a light subject (e.g., white) on a dark background (e.g., black).

Screen Printing

Screen printing is used to customize clothing, bags, paper shoppers, and many promotional gadgets. The ink, being a very opaque paint, allows printing on any substrate without altering when used on dark backgrounds.
